2. What Data Do We Process?

Currently, as we are in a pre-launch/marketing phase, we limit data collection to what is necessary for communication and analytics. We process the following categories of data:

A. Communication and Marketing Data

  • Data: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Company/Organization Name.
  • Source: Provided voluntarily by you via contact forms, "Founder's Club" applications, talent network signups, or waitlist subscriptions.

B. Technical Data and Logs

  • Data: IP address (processed in a limited and proportionate manner), device type, browser information, system logs.
  • Source: Automatically collected when you access our Service to ensure security and stability.

C. Analytics Data

  • Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, button clicks, referral source, and general location (City/Country level).
  • Note: We do not collect personal identifying information in this category.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We process your data for specific purposes based on the following legal grounds under the GDPR:

  • Communication & Marketing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Sending newsletters, waitlist updates, and responding to inquiries submitted via forms. This is based on your explicit consent.
  • Analytics (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Understanding how visitors interact with our website to improve user experience. This is processed only after you provide consent via our cookie banner.
  • Security & Diagnostics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Detecting abuse, protection against attacks (DDoS), and monitoring system stability. This constitutes the Legitimate Interest of the Controller.

4. Data Recipients (Processors)

To provide our website and maintain high technical standards, we entrust data processing to trusted technology partners. All our providers ensure compliance with the GDPR.

Hosting & Infrastructure:

Cloud-based infrastructure and hosting providers (including AWS-backed platforms and edge delivery providers).

Security & CDN:

Cloudflare, Inc.

Analytics:

Google Analytics.

Email & Communication:

Transactional email and communication service providers.

Data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are conducted pursuant to Article 46 GDPR, based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

5. Data Retention Period

We retain your data only for as long as necessary:

  • Marketing & Contact Data: Until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or request data deletion.
  • Analytics Data: Retained for 14 months (according to Google Analytics retention settings).
  • Technical Logs: Up to 12 months, for security and audit purposes.
